General Admission Policy
Application to Our Lady of Fatima School are accepted on a continuous basis. Kindergarten applicants must be five years of age on or before September 1st. First grade applicants must be six years of age on or before September 1st.
The Transitional Kindergarten program is for children ages 4 and over. It is a full day program that mirrors the Kindergarten curriculum.
Required Documents
At the time of application, please submit the following for each child:
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (only if baptized Catholic)
Immunization Records
For students entering grades 2 through 7, please provide the most current completed quarter, prior year report card, and standardized test scores from prior two years.

Application
Please note that tuition fees cover only the basic educational expenses. Our Lady of Fatima School succeeds with the help of its families who volunteer their time and resources to create better opportunities for our students. As such, each family is expected to volunteer service hours and contribute to fundraising events.
